↩ 14-day returns on most items. We want you to love every piece.

Return Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Email returns@veilastudio.com with your order number. We’ll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return, issued to your original payment method.

We offer free exchanges. Email your order number and desired size and we’ll ship the new item as soon as your return is on its way.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Email us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll fix it immediately — no questions asked.
