How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship from our US warehouse and typically arrive in 2–5 business days after a 1–2 day processing window. Total: 3–7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! Free US shipping on all orders over $65. For orders under $65, standard shipping is $9.99.
Can I track my order?+
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also track your order here.
Do you ship internationally?+

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. See our full returns policy.
How do I start a return?+
Email returns@veilastudio.com with your order number. We’ll send a prepaid label within 24 hours.
Can I exchange for a different size?+
Absolutely — free exchanges. Email us your order number and desired size.

How do I find my size?+
Check our size guide. We recommend sizing up if between sizes for the most modest coverage.
Do you offer plus sizes?+
Yes! Most styles are available in S–3XL.
